Johnny Manziel’s house is a free agent, too.
A listing popped up early this month on Realtor.com for the Avon golf-course Colonial that Manziel called home during his final, tumultuous season with the Cleveland Browns. Priced at $489,900, the three-bedroom house at 33509 Reserve Way is being marketed by Howard Hanna Real Estate Services.
Real estate records show that the property belongs to a trust controlled by Texas attorney Bradley Beckworth, a lawyer who has represented Manziel and his family. The trust purchased the home in May 2015 for $438,400.
