Cleveland, OH (February 2, 2015) – In November, Hanna Commercial announced the execution of a 15,000 square foot lease in the heart of downtown Cleveland, in the US Bank Building. The company is now working fully out of this 15-floor, modern and efficient building overlooking historic Playhouse Square.
The award-winning building, formerly known as the Renaissance Center, brings together Ostendorf-Morris and Hanna Chartwell as Hanna Commercial, the largest commercial broker in Northeast Ohio. Combined, the organizations have 100 years of experience, and clients can look forward to the blended core values.
“We are thrilled to bring the teams at Ostendorf-Morris and Hanna Chartwell together under one roof and one new brand as Hanna Commercial,” said Howard W. “Hoby” Hanna, IV, President of Howard Hanna Midwest. “The US Bank Center is a first-class facility that will allow for continued growth of our commercial company and was designed and chosen with our clients and brokers in mind.”
The office opening coincides with the launch of a state-of-the-art, responsive website. In addition to the new space, marketing initiatives will help the organization reach target audiences in the commercial sector both locally and nationally.
“We are excited about coming together, sharing ideas, and raising our level of service to our clients to the next level. We also are truly appreciative and grateful for all of the support and help that we have gotten from all of the Howard Hanna people who have helped us with this move,” said R. M. “Mac” Biggar, Jr., President of Hanna Commercial.
