Housing market is healthiest since 2001, Nationwide says in debut report
Pittsburgh, PA (April 2, 2015) – Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. has introduced a new quarterly analysis of housing markets that shows the healthiest housing markets in the nation are Pittsburgh, Cleveland and Philadelphia.
Nationwide’s first Health of Housing Markets Report, compiled by the company’s in-house economists, provides a barometer for 373 metropolitan areas and the U.S. in aggregate.
In addition to home prices, the report considers several variables within the categories of employment, demographics and mortgage markets.
