Rochester, New York (October 15, 2018) – Each year, the Rochester Business Journal recognizes 40 men and women under the age of 40 who have achieved professional success while making substantial community contributions. Jennifer Isaac, manager of the Howard Hanna Ontario office, is one of this year’s honorees.
Isaac is a local real estate expert and longtime Ontario resident who has been licensed for 20 years. In 2008, she was recognized by the National Association of Realtors as one of “30 Under 30” rising young stars. She is also the founding chair of Rochester’s Young Realtors Network, a board member of RAIHN (Rochester Area Interfaith Hospitality Network), has served as Director of the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), and has been honored with many NYSAR and Howard Hanna awards, including the Howard Hanna Platinum Award.
Under her leadership as sales manager of the Ontario office, the branch has excelled. Even in a challenging listing environment, the office is up 41% in listing volume and 17% in homes contracted to close.
Isaac is thrilled to be representing Howard Hanna in receipt of this award. “I am honored and humbled to be recognized alongside this year’s recipients. My passion for real estate and love of my community push me to do better. I would not be where or who I am without the support I have personally and professionally,” she said.
“This year’s Forty Under 40 honorees are building successful careers while also finding the time to volunteer and give back to our community in a meaningful way,” said Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, publisher of the Rochester Business Journal. “All share a commitment to making Rochester a better place to live. We at the Rochester Business Journal applaud them for all they do and look forward to their future accomplishments.”
“It is no surprise that Jennifer received the Forty Under 40 award. Her experience throughout her career and demonstrated leadership span local and statewide roles. Her commitment has been for the betterment of the industry as a whole, and she has had an impact,” said Jay Teresi, Howard Hanna Regional Vice President.
The Forty Under 40 awards will be presented at a luncheon November 14 at noon at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center, 123 East Main Street in Rochester. Winners will be profiled in a magazine that will be inserted into the November 16 issue of the Rochester Business Journal and will be available online at www.rbj.net.
