PITTSBURGH, PA (October 27, 2022) – Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is pleased to announce that Al Picchi has been named the Upstate New York market president. Picchi brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to the role, and most recently served as the president of the Eastern New York market.
In his new role, Picchi will oversee the newly unified Buffalo, Rochester, Central New York, Southern Tier and Albany markets. The newly unified team will work together to grow the Howard Hanna market share throughout the region.

Picchi has been a major proponent of the enhanced marketing tools offered to agents. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the role as a native New Yorker, and he received both his bachelor’s degree and MBA from New York universities.
