PITTSBURGH, PA (January 23, 2025) – Howard Hanna Real Estate Services are excited to announce that three high-ranking leaders across the company have been named to the Swanepoel Power 200 (SP 200) list for 2026. CEO Howard “Hoby” Hanna IV, President of Brokerage Operations Kris Burdick and President of Howard Hanna Southeast Gary Scott were named to the list.
The SP 200 annually releases a list that recognizes the most powerful leaders in the residential real estate industry. Hanna moved up to No. 8 on the list this year. This is his fourth straight year ranked inside the top 10. Under Hanna, the company made multiple historic moves in 2025, including a rebranding across the entirety of Howard Hanna.

She is an integral piece of the work done at Howard Hanna. Her knowledge of the industry spans over 30 years and she helps to oversee real estate services across Howard Hanna’s 14-state footprint.
Gary Scott, president, Howard Hanna Southeast jumped four spots this year in rankings as he now sits at No. 123. Scott has served as president since 2021. Under his guide, Howard Hanna has continued to expand its presence in the Southeast.
