PITTSBURGH, PA (Sept. 4, 2024) – Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is pleased to announce that Cindy Ariosa, vice president of strategic development, has been honored as a RISMedia 2024 Real Estate Hall of Fame award recipient.
RISMedia’s Real Estate Hall of Fame inductees are a select group of industry icons, known for their long-standing and exemplary service in real estate. The inductees are selected by readers and the editorial team of RISMedia’s Real Estate magazine.
“It’s truly an honor and incredibly humbling to be acknowledged alongside so many top-tier professionals in the real estate industry,” said Ariosa.
Prior to joining Howard Hanna in 2023, Ariosa was Long & Foster’s regional vice president of Baltimore, Md. In 2010, she was promoted to senior vice president and her region was expanded to include Western Maryland and the Eastern Shore. Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. joined Home Services of America in 2017. Ariosa’s region was the largest region in the company with 40 sales offices and more than 2000 sales associates. Annual sales in her region exceeded $6 billion and 18,000 units.
Ariosa has also been recognized on the Swanepoel Top 200 Leaders in 2016, 2017 and 2018 and Inman’s Most Influential list 2017. RISMedia named her a Newsmaker and an Achiever in 2021 and 2022. The Maryland Daily Record named her The Most Influential person in Real Estate in 2018 and 2021. In 2023, Ariosa was inducted into The Daily Record’s prestigious Most Influential Marylander Circle of Excellence.
The Hall of Fame award is part of RISMedia’s seventh annual Real Estate Newsmakers series, which recognizes key influencers that impacted the real estate industry in the following categories: Influencers, Trailblazers, Futurists, Achievers, Crusaders, Inspirations, Luminaries and Trendsetters.
RISMedia’s 2024 Real Estate Newsmakers will be honored during a reception and gala dinner taking place on Sept. 4, 2024, during RISMedia’s CEO & Leadership Exchange, in Washington D.C. During the gala event, RISMedia will induct its seventh annual Real Estate Newsmakers Hall of Fame members, including Ariosa.
