Howard Hanna Chairman Speaks About Demand for Homes On KDKA Radio Morning Show

Howard W. “Hoddy” Hanna, III, Chairman of Hanna Holdings, Inc., recently spoke with Larry Richert and Kevin Battle during their morning show on Newsradio 1020 KDKA in Pittsburgh, PA.

The conversation focused on the real estate industry and the massive demand seen for properties in Pennsylvania as counties are moved into the state’s “Green” COVID-19 Reopening Phase.  In Pennsylvania, counties have progressed from “Red” to “Yellow” and “Green” phases, which lift stay-at-home orders but require various adjustments needed to comply with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines.

Hoddy Hanna told the KDKA Radio Morning Show that he’s never seen anything like the current demand for homes:

“I’ve been doing this for a long time and . . . the number of multiple offers, we call them bidding wars, I would say three out of five sales are occurring with multiple offers,” said Hanna.
