Joseph Cardinale, a Howard Hanna real estate agent with New York’s Clifton Park Office, was featured in the July 2020 edition of RISMedia’s Real Estate magazine.
In the article, Cardinale discussed his experience as a real estate agent working during 2020. Cardinale noted that despite the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, business has remained strong and has stayed on-track throughout the year as a whole.
“The pandemic has had very little effect on my performance,” says Cardinale, who serves eight counties just outside of Albany, N.Y. “I had to change how I did business, but I think sales will be up this year over last.”
Cardinale credits his success to virtual strategies and tools that connect clients with important real estate resources, both of which make it possible to operate safely while assisting people who need to buy or sell.
