Cathy LeSueur, a Howard Hanna agent who works in the Shaker Heights office, was recently featured by Yahoo! Finance in an article discussing virtual home showings during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The article explores how virtual tours – a long-time popular listing feature – have become an essential tool for sellers and buyers adhering to social distancing guidelines. In 2020, the demand for virtual video and interactive home showings has skyrocketed. So has the creation of 3D virtual video home tours for LeSueur and her team in Shaker Heights.
Many real estate agents have been busy responding to this new demand this season, including LeSueur:
“I’ve been in this business a very long time and I’ve been through a lot of different downtimes,” said LeSueur. “This is probably my most challenging [downtime], but I feel it is going to make us better at our jobs,” she added.
LeSueur, who has been in the real estate business for nearly 40 years, also predicted a strong rebound in the housing market in the coming months due to pent-up demand for homes and real estate.
