Adam Kaufman, a Howard Hanna real estate agent with Ohio’s Pepper Pike office, was featured in the Cleveland Jewish News for reaching $82 million in real estate sales from January to June of this year.
The news comes at a time when Ohio Realtors report that real estate sales have been in decline since pandemic precautions went into place in the state.
In the article, Kaufman credits his team and company-wide efforts and changes for making these sale numbers possible:
“The first step in making the most out of this challenging situation was to energize my team and get them on board with selling homes virtually,” Kaufman said in the release. “It was a swift adjustment but I am so grateful for my team and the team at Howard Hanna for hitting the ground running with Zoom tours, Facebook Live broker’s opens, video walk-throughs and more.”
Kaufman, who specializes in luxury residential real estate, is a top producer with Howard Hanna. He was also ranked No. 1 in Ohio in the 2020 America’s Best Realtors by Newsweek.

It just shows that Howard Hanna agents get things done to help people with their dream home (essential shelter) in a pandemic…and that is major! Congrats! 🙂
