Howard Hanna’s new Urban Development division has been featured in the Pittsburgh Business Times and RISMedia.
RISMedia, a leader in real estate news, reported the launch of the project and its connections to other development projects in the past, such as Howard Hanna’s Condominium Division and New Homes Division.
The new Urban Development division will specialize in providing real estate services to urban buyers and sellers, while also dedicating a full-service process for builders/developers to achieve maximum community growth.
“We have always been an urban company. Our first office was in the city of Pittsburgh and remains in the city,” said Helen Hanna Casey, CEO of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. “While we’ve been a major player in cities since the company’s founding in 1957, we want to continue our growth in these key areas in our footprint,” she continued.
The Pittsburgh Business Times reported Howard Hanna’s new Urban Development division is operating out of the company’s new office in Lawrenceville. As a result, the office is “more than just a sales office but a new division in which the region’s largest residential real estate firm will seek to partner with developers as well as seek to develop itself new residential projects within the city.”
To launch the new division, Howard Hanna has hired Matthew Gilley as vice president of urban development.
