Howard Hanna Real Estate Services just finished a successful round of Fall Sales Summits! This year, we held six summits across five different states, with hundreds of agents gathering in each market. The events had a “game-changer” theme aimed at supporting agents with the latest industry tools and knowledge so they can carry their sales success into 2023 and beyond.

Industry insights: A Q&A panel in each market featuring regional managers who offered advice on how to tackle common challenges that agents face when running their own businesses. The panelists also explained how agents can take advantage of the game-changing suite of productivity tools and resources that Howard Hanna offers its agents.
Client support strategies: When choosing a REALTOR®, finding a one-stop shopping experience is often a deciding factor for home buyers and sellers. Leadership from the Hanna Family of Companies took the stage to highlight some of the services and offerings that have been most successful in the last year. Each leader shared personal accounts of when a client’s choice to use an in-house mortgage, title or insurance company changed the game and saved a transaction.
Game-changing resources – At each Summit, there were booths where agents could meet with education and marketing staff to learn more about the industry-leading offerings that can help grow their business and set them apart, including:

Personal development opportunities: The keynote speaker Rebecca Mountain challenged attendees to quiet the inner dragon that keeps them from achieving the best versions of themselves – their G.O.A.T. (greatest of all time). This was Mountain’s second time speaking with Howard Hanna agents, as she also hosted break-out sessions at the 2022 HannaCon, where she was the highest-rated speaker.
Seasonal marketing tips – CEO Helen Hanna Casey hit the stage in a pointed black hat and glittering green boots to share some seasonal marketing tips with agents. Her Hannaween presentation was packed with ways that agents can turn the Halloween holiday into a blockbuster day for marketing.
