As part of Women’s History Month, the magazine featured seven exceptional women leaders in insurance from across the country.

As part of her feature in the magazine, Engel says she takes a team-centered approach to leadership.

In her role as HHIS president, Engel leads a massive team of agents, managers and staff across multiple states. She also serves as chief legal officer for Hanna Holdings and advises the firm on all legal matters.
Outside of her work at Howard Hanna, Engel has worked with real estate groups on the state and national level and remains active in the Pittsburgh community. She has worked extensively with the International Women’s Forum (IWF), Carnegie Museum Women’s Committee and YPO Pittsburgh.
