MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio (January 12, 2026) – Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is proud to announce that Gina Shutrump, vice president and managing broker of its Canfield, Ohio office, has been named to the Home Builders and Remodelers Association (HBA) of the Valley Board of Directors. Shutrump was one of six named to the commission that serves the Trumbull, Mahoning and Columbiana areas.

Shutrump has more than 30 years of experience in real estate and been the recipient of numerous awards including being the Top Branch Manager in the company in 2007. She’s been part of the Howard Hanna family since 1999, when she established the Canfield Office of Howard Hanna Real Estate.
She will contribute all of her experience and expertise in real estate to the organization as they work to ensure that the association remains a thorough asset to the region. This appointment reflects Shutrump’s hard work and dedication to the industry. It will prove to be invaluable to HBA as they pursue their goals of protecting housing opportunities for all, working to achieve professional success for its members who build communities, create jobs and strengthen the economy.
