Pittsburgh, PA (August 27, 2020) – Howard Hanna Real Estate Services recently celebrated with Pohl Construction, Inc. at a groundbreaking ceremony for Walnut Court, a community of 27 custom townhouses located in the heart of McCandless Township.
The first building of four in the Walnut Court development project is expected to be ready for occupancy in the fall of 2020. With easy access to McKnight Road, Route 19 and I-79, the high-end Walnut Court community will be easily accessible from the city of Pittsburgh.
Specializing in residential development and construction for over 30 years, Pohl Construction, Inc. will build and complete all of the custom townhouses in Walnut Court. The groundbreaking for Walnut Court was held on Monday, August 10, and was attended by representatives from Pohl Construction, Inc. and Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, the largest family-owned and -operated real estate company in the nation.
