Real estate leader continues to expand footprint, closes 109,906 transactions
Howard Hanna Real Estate Services (HHRES) ended 2023 with $37.1 billion in closed sales volume, another successful year for the 67-year-old company.
Howard Hanna now operates 471 offices with approximately 15,000 agents and staff across 13 states.
“Our agents went above and beyond in 2023,” said Howard “Hoby” Hanna IV, CEO, HHRES. “The markets might have tightened some, but our agents have continued to drive new listings and brought in continued growth for the company.”
Additional year end results:
- Howard Hanna Mortgage closed 6,084 loans totaling $1.45 billion
- Howard Hanna Insurance provided insurance coverage to 20,444 customers
- Relocation Horizons assisted 458 clients through its Relocation connections around the world
- Hanna Commercial produced more than $1 billion in total volume, with over 1,000 transactions taking place
- Hanna Luxury had $1.24 billion in sales volume, with 760 closed transactions over $1 million
- Hanna Property Management manages nearly 4,000 units in five states, including Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Virginia
- Barrister’s Title & Escrow closed 16,566 titles
- Howard Hanna Children’s Free Care Fund raised more than $1 million in 2023, and has raised $21 million since 1988
In 2023, Howard Hanna added 2,100 real estate agents to its sales force. Howard Hanna agents continue to be some of the most recognized and celebrated in the nation. In 2023, Howard Hanna distributed more than 2,000 agents awards, including an all-inclusive trip to Cancun, Mexico, for more than 500 agents.
