A graduate of the University of Virginia, Gary has called Virginia Beach home for more than 30 years, allowing him the chance to experience all of the changes and growth in the area. Gary started his real estate career nearly a decade ago, becoming a multi-million dollar producer and associate broker. Prior to real estate, Sharpe managed a local family business for well over a decade.

The Lynnhaven office experienced exceptional growth in 2020. Finishing the year with close to $90 million in sales volume and 300 units. This year has been a continuation of the trend with closed sales outpacing 2020.
