PITTSBURGH, PA (January 10, 2024) – The Hanna Family of Companies is pleased to announce that four high-ranking leaders across Hanna-affiliated brands have been named to the Swanepoel Power 200 (SP 200) list for 2024. Howard “Hoby” Hanna IV, Helen Hanna Casey, Kris Burdick and Gary Scott were all included in the list.
The SP 200 recognizes the most powerful leaders in the residential real estate industry, and two generations of the Hanna family were included in the top 10. Howard “Hoby” Hanna IV, CEO, Howard Hanna Real Estate Services (HHRES) and Helen Hanna Casey, CEO, Hanna Holdings, Inc., came in collectively at number nine, ranking in the top 10 across the nation. This recognition of multiple generations of Hanna leadership highlights the brand’s strength and stability as a top national brokerage.
Coming in at No. 126, President of Brokerage Operations for Hanna Holdings, Inc., Kris Burdick was recognized on the list. Burdick has been in the real estate industry for more than 30 years and oversees real estate services across Howard Hanna’s 13-state footprint.
Gary Scott, president, Allen Tate Companies®, a Hanna Holdings company, ranked No. 144. Scott has served as president since 2021, overseeing Howard Hanna’s largest brokerage brand in the Carolinas with approximately 2,100 agents. Allen Tate continues to grow, including through acquisition, notably with the acquisition of large Asheville, North Carolina firm Beverly-Hanks Realtors in 2022.
