VIRGINIA (May 2, 2025) – Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is proud to announce that Mike Grogan has been named regional vice president for the entire Commonwealth of Virginia and the Northeast North Carolina region. In addition to this expanded leadership role, Grogan will also serve as the principal broker for all Virginia licensees.
Grogan previously held the position of regional vice president of the Central Atlantic region for Virginia and has more than 29 years of experience as a top-producing agent and associate broker. He joined Howard Hanna as the managing broker of the Williamsburg, Va., office, where he led the team to outstanding results—growing the office from 42 to 71 agents and overseeing more than $2 billion in closed sales. Under his leadership, the Williamsburg office ranked as the top-producing office in the region for five of his seven years at the helm.
In his new role, Grogan will focus on driving strategic growth and expanding Howard Hanna’s footprint across Virginia and Northeast North Carolina.
