In this position, McGurk will oversee all legal, transactional and risk management matters across the company, ensuring that Howard Hanna continues to provide a seamless and professional experience for its clients and agents alike.
McGurk brings nearly two decades of legal experience to her new role, having worked with Howard Hanna on legal matters since 2005—first as an attorney at Mansour Gavin and later at Marshall Dennehey. Her deep understanding of real estate law, combined with her expertise in litigation and pre-litigation solutions, has made her a trusted advisor within the company and the industry at large.
