Matt Lachut Named Chief Marketing Officer of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services

Pittsburgh, PA (September 9, 2020) – Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is pleased to welcome Matt Lachut to the company as Chief Marketing Officer. Lachut’s arrival concludes a long-time search for a new marketing leader at the growing real estate company, with the opening first being announced in the spring of 2020.

Lachut is an award-winning marketing and advertising executive with over fifteen years of experience providing strategic and tactical leadership across multiple industries. At Howard Hanna, Lachut will be responsible for leading strategic marketing, corporate communications, and marketing operations. A recognized leader in retail marketing, market development, and brand management, Lachut will develop new B2B and B2C customer-centric strategies, expand revenue lines, and help guide the family-owned, full-service real estate services company through its next wave of growth.

Before joining Howard Hanna, Matt served as Vice President of Marketing and Communications for TravelCenters of America. Matt was responsible for directing the overall integrated marketing strategy for the company’s retail, restaurant, fleet and B2B sales channels while leading the company’s marketing processes, digital transformation and loyalty programs.

Before joining TravelCenters of America, Matt was Senior Director of Marketing, Advertising and Social Media for Giant Eagle, Inc. Matt’s career with Giant Eagle included several leadership roles across their Giant Eagle Supermarket, Giant Eagle Pharmacy, Market District and GetGo business divisions. Matt earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Robert Morris University.
