CLEVELAND, OHIO – United Purpose Mortgage, a leading advocate for accessible homeownership, is excited to announce the grand opening of its first physical office in Ohio, serving Cleveland and its surrounding areas. Located at Lee-Harvard Plaza – 4071 Lee Road, Ste. 277 – Cleveland, OH 44128, this milestone event will take place on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2025, during Black History Month and in celebration of the company’s second anniversary. It will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony and community celebration. A special media hour will be held from 4-5 p.m., followed by an open house from 5-8 p.m.
This Cleveland office strengthens United Purpose Mortgage’s statewide services by including an in-person resource hub to better serve the local community and surrounding areas. The Lee-Harvard neighborhood, a historically Black community, is a meaningful location for this new venture.
A Milestone for United Purpose Mortgage and Ohio Homeownership
While United Purpose Mortgage provides mortgage services throughout Ohio, the new Cleveland office is the region’s first brick-and-mortar location. This opening reflects United Purpose Mortgage’s dedication to creating pathways to homeownership, especially for first-time homebuyers, low-income families and underserved populations.
