Howard Hanna Agent Discusses Low Inventory and Record Speed in Housing Sales

A REALTOR® with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services was recently featured in a WKBN-TV news story highlighting how low inventory is affecting the housing market in 2020.

So, they are not putting their house on the market until they find the perfect home. So, it’s been a lack of inventory and COVID has kind of stalled things,” Koontz said.
