Pittsburgh, PA (March 12, 2020) – Bob Friend, a top producer at Howard Hanna Real Estate, has been named sales director of the company’s Squirrel Hill office in Pittsburgh.
Friend was previously with Howard Hanna’s Fox Chapel office. He is a Champions Club member and has earned the company’s listing leader award in his region multiple times. Friend also qualified for Howard Hanna’s incentive trips in 2019 and 2020, celebrating his success in real estate.
Prior to joining Howard Hanna, Friend played professional golf, competing in the PGA Tour. Following his career in golf, he was the Vice President of Marketing at Greer Industries.

Friend is a resident of Indiana Township, and sits on the Board of Directors of the Oakmont Country Club. When he’s not selling homes, Friend enjoys playing golf, live music, and enjoying time with his new wife, Claire. They have two rescue dogs from Lake Erie Labrador Retriever Rescue.
