Cleveland, OH (January 23, 2020) – Earlier this week, Howard Hanna Real Estate Services announced Carla Groom as the new manager of the Jackson, Ohio office. This office is located in Howard Hanna’s Ohio South Region, which is comprised of 13 offices and more than 650 agents.
Groom is a graduate of The Ohio State University and she earned her real estate license in the state of Ohio in August 1996 through Malone College (now Malone University). Before joining Howard Hanna in 2008 as part of the company’s acquisition of Realty One, Groom focused her career in new construction real estate sales. At Realty One, Groom was the South & East Regional Manager for Builder Developer Services.
At Howard Hanna, Groom has been recognized as a Champions Club member and has also earned the National Sales Excellence Award. Groom’s extensive experience in new construction was also recognized by the National Association of Home Builders, who awarded her Lifetime Sales Manager Status in addition to the Sales Manager Platinum Award.
