Cleveland, OH (March 11, 2020) – At an announcement event this week Kristine Burdick, President of Howard Hanna’s Midwest Region, and Leah Gibbons, Vice President & Regional Manager of Ohio East, named Gwen Bradley as manager of Howard Hanna Chagrin Falls.
Bradley, who was previously the manager at Howard Hanna Cleveland Heights, is moving to manage the Chagrin Falls office effective immediately. She has been with Howard Hanna since 2012, starting her career with the company at Howard Hanna Shaker Heights. Bradley was licensed in 2008, was named a Champions Club member, and was a mega-million dollar producer.
While she was manager of Howard Hanna Cleveland Heights, the office won the coveted Quantum Leap Award, given to the office that has most improved its listing volume over the previous year. Bradley helped the office increase its closed volume by $76 million.
“Gwen is a fantastic manager with a clear vision for growth in Chagrin Falls, and we are so excited to continue to have her on our management team,” said Burdick.

Bradley, who graduated from DePauw University with a degree in political science, uses her experience and knowledge of the real estate industry to lead her team of agents.
