Billman, who has been a licensed REALTOR® for the past 18 years, has been a manager with the country’s largest independent brokerage for the past 5 years. His former office, Howard Hanna New Philadelphia, recently won Howard Hanna’s prestigious Quantum Leap award, which is awarded to the office that has most improved its sales over the last year. During his tenure, the New Philadelphia office saw a 104 percent increase in closed units and a 57 percent increase in closed volume.
“The New Philadelphia office had an outstanding 2019, thanks in part to Paul’s leadership of the hardworking team of real estate professionals there. We know that he’ll continue his excellent work at Howard Hanna Wooster, and look forward to seeing that office grow in 2020,” said Burdick.
