Howard Hanna Real Estate Services Welcomes James Kubasko as Vice President and Regional Manager of their Central Pennsylvania Region

PITTSBURGH, PA (May 26, 2022) – Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is pleased to welcome James Kubasko to the organization as the Vice President and Regional Manager of the Central Pennsylvania Region. In this role, Kubasko will be responsible for opening, recruiting, training, and overseeing the general growth and operations of real estate sales offices throughout the region.

The Central Pennsylvania Region has been led by Jo Anne Freidly since 2015, and she will be continuing her career with Howard Hanna as the full-time manager of the Lancaster office. During Jo Anne’s tenure, the region has grown to more than eight offices closing over half a billion in sales volume per year.

Prior to joining Howard Hanna, Kubasko held various sales and leadership positions in companies across the region, including Coldwell Banker, NRT Realogy, and Long & Foster Real Estate. During his time with these companies, Kubasko gained knowledge in brokerage management, operations, strategic planning, and leveraging technology to drive productivity and growth. With more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Kubasko is positioned to help the Central Pennsylvania Region grow and evolve for future success.

Kubasko studied Business Administration and Economics at the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware, and holds many specialty designations in the field of Real Estate.

Jim is actively involved in fighting the causes of childhood cancer by supporting groups such as #alilyfortheworld, which is named for Lily Walker who at age 14 found out she had brain cancer. #TEAM Lily brings support and awareness to children fighting Cancer, and #CONALLSTRONG, named for Conall Harvey who at 4 years old developed leukemia and sepsis in which his legs were partially amputated. ConallStrong brings support and awareness to kids fighting cancer.

Kubasko resides in Central Pennsylvania with his wife of 24 years, Michelle, and their three children Katie, Ryan, Annalise, and their beagle Bella. Jim is an avid Penn State and Philadelphia Sports fan, especially the Phillies. Jim loves going to sporting events and spending time with his family.
