This unforgettable three-day open house experience is set to build excitement as it comes during an important period of the year for both real estate and the football schedule.
Howard Hanna and the Browns are excited to bring the draft activation back for another year. Excitement has never been higher as the Browns hold two first round Draft picks (No. 6 and No. 24) in this year’s draft.
In addition to “The Cribb” open houses, Howard Hanna will send one agent to the Draft. These agents will experience the once-in-a-lifetime event on Pittsburgh’s North Shore as an ambassador for the company.

Re-Introducing “The Cribb”: A Special Open House Experience
Howard Hanna is excited to bring back “The Cribb.” This unique, three-day open house event in Brunswick, Moreland Hills and Avon, Ohio, brings excitement to both fans and potential clients. Each open house will be hosted by Browns Legend Josh Cribbs. The open houses will feature appearances from Cleveland Browns Alumni including Aaron Shea on Thursday, John Hughes on Friday and Reggie Langhorne on Saturday. There will also be mascot appearances each day and the open houses will offer attendees the opportunity to explore exclusive real estate insights into the local market.
The event will take place April 23-25, from 3-5 p.m., and is aimed at bringing Browns fans and potential clients together in an exciting, interactive way.
