POLAND, Ohio — Howard Hanna Real Estate Services has added one of the Mahoning Valley’s top-producing real estate teams with the addition of Team Marzo to its Poland office.
Led by James Marzo, the five-member team joins Howard Hanna from NextHome Realty after closing approximately $32 million in sales volume over the last 12 months. Since launching in 2021, Team Marzo has completed more than 623 transactions totaling more than $108 million in sales volume while serving clients across Mahoning, Columbiana and Trumbull counties.
The move reflects a broader shift across the real estate industry, as established agents and teams increasingly prioritize long-term stability, support and growth opportunities when evaluating brokerage partnerships.
In 2025, Team Marzo was recognized among the top 300 real estate teams in the country by RealTrends, reinforcing the team’s strong reputation and presence across the region.
